نظرة عامة

Estonian passports are issued by the Police and Border Guard Board (Politsei- ja Piirivalveamet). The photo is 40x50mm, taken in colour, with the head occupying roughly 75% of the image height. Estonia accepts a light single-colour background; light grey is recommended, though light blue, beige, light brown, or white are also acceptable as long as they contrast with the hair and face. You can have photos taken directly at a Police and Border Guard Board service office.

A flat, light, single-colour background, with grey advised, that contrasts with the face and hair.
