نظرة عامة

Uzbekistan biometric passports are handled by the State Personalization Centre under the Cabinet of Ministers, with applications taken through the State Services Agency. The standard photo is 35x45mm on a plain white background. The head should measure close to 34.5mm from chin to crown, with at least 3mm of clearance above the hair. Photos must be recent colour images with a neutral face and no head covering except for religious reasons.

A plain white or very light backdrop with no shadows, patterns, or objects.

المتطلبات

  • Size the photo at 35x45mm, which is 413x531 pixels at 300 DPI.
  • Use a plain white background that is evenly lit and free of shadow.
  • Face the camera straight on with the head centred in the frame.
  • Keep a neutral expression, mouth closed, eyes open and clearly visible.
  • Aim for a head height near 34.5mm from the bottom of the chin to the top of the hair.
  • Leave a minimum of 3mm of space between the hair and the top edge.
  • Use a photo taken within the last six months.
  • Keep the digital file under 240KB when submitting online.

أسباب الرفض الشائعة

  • Coloured or grey backgrounds instead of white.
  • Shadows across the face or cast onto the background.
  • Glasses with glare or tinted lenses that hide the eyes.
  • Head turned or tilted away from a straight frontal pose.
  • Smiling or open mouth instead of a neutral look.
  • Low-resolution, blurry, or visibly edited images.

نصائح

  • Stand a short distance from the white wall so you do not cast a shadow on it.
  • Light the face evenly from the front to keep skin tone natural.
  • Remove glasses to sidestep reflection problems entirely.
  • If you wear religious head covering, keep the full face from brow to chin clear.
  • Compress the final file carefully so it stays sharp under the 240KB limit.
