Tunisia issues its biometric passport through the Ministry of Interior, with national documents managed by the SICAD agency. The standard photo is 35x45mm on a plain white background, and applicants usually hand over three identical prints. The head should measure about 33mm from chin to crown, leaving roughly 4mm above the hair. Photos must be recent colour shots with both eyes open and a neutral expression.
