Огляд

Uzbekistan biometric passports are handled by the State Personalization Centre under the Cabinet of Ministers, with applications taken through the State Services Agency. The standard photo is 35x45mm on a plain white background. The head should measure close to 34.5mm from chin to crown, with at least 3mm of clearance above the hair. Photos must be recent colour images with a neutral face and no head covering except for religious reasons.

A plain white or very light backdrop with no shadows, patterns, or objects.

  • Stand a short distance from the white wall so you do not cast a shadow on it.
  • Light the face evenly from the front to keep skin tone natural.
  • Remove glasses to sidestep reflection problems entirely.
  • If you wear religious head covering, keep the full face from brow to chin clear.
  • Compress the final file carefully so it stays sharp under the 240KB limit.
